The Weatherby Mark V Backcountry 2.0 is a lightweight mountain rifle built on the classic steel Weatherby Mark V action with modern updates including a carbon fiber Peak 44 Blacktooth stock, titanium drilled and tapped receiver, fluted and threaded barrel with Accubrake ST for recoil control, and an adjustable TriggerTech trigger. It weighs just over 4.8 lbs and is designed for fast, accurate shooting in rugged backcountry environments.
