Update on Global Operations and Shipping

Unusual Times, Unusual Measures.

We'd like to take a moment to update our customers on efforts at Global Ordnance as it relates to COVID-19 Coronavirus.

All hands on deck at Global Ordnance...

These are obviously unusual times and we want to give everyone an update on what we're doing.

Due to the unprecedented demand for firearms, ammunition and shooting related accessories, Global Ordnance is experiencing much higher than normal order rates. Rest assured our staff are pulling out all the stops to get orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible and our warehouse is operating at full strength while abiding by all CDC recommendations. As orders are shipped in the order they are received and due to the high volumes, it may take an extra day or two before orders are shipped.

Our high order volume is because we took an ethical stance that we wouldn't raise prices a penny due to the crisis at hand where we know others are increasing prices 200-400% which we believe is just wrong. We're selling at exactly the same or even lower prices than before the crisis began. Management is actively working with our extensive partner network to bring in container loads of the most in-demand products and will make those available as soon as they arrive.

Be aware, ALL FREIGHT CARRIERS are experiencing massive increases in package volume due to the coronavirus. Orders may take slightly longer to deliver due to carrier overload and an added priority rightfully given to medical shipments over everything else in the supply chain.

Questions & Answers (we will update as we all work through this together)

Q: "I got an email or alert that says Awaiting Fulfillment, what does that mean?"

A: Awaiting fulfillment means we have received your order, the inventory is assigned to you in our warehouse and as soon as our staff can put it in a box and ship it, it will be on it's way to you. 

Q: "How long till my stuff ships?"

A: We are shipping in the order in which orders are received and currently even with accelerated operations and increased shipping staff expect a couple days before orders leave the warehouse. UPDATE MARCH 23RD - Even working nights and weekends with added staff, we are now seeing 4-5 day backlog of orders and are shipping as quickly as we can. We trust everyone understands that these are unusual times, we are one of the few with inventory and would ask for a little patience. 

Should a question arise, we ask that you email us and include your DETAILED question along with your order number and best contact number to sales@globalordnance.com . This will enable us to answer all customer questions in an orderly and timely fashion. 


The good news is - orders are still shipping! We want everyone to stay healthy and safe! We'll continue to serve you as long as we are able to.
