Description
The Faxon Firearms Gunner Duty Series 5.56 NATO 12.5" barrel is a short-barrel rifle component engineered for shooters who demand reliability and shootability in a compact platform. It features the proprietary Gunner profile, blending government and pencil contours for strength and weight savings. Made from certified 4150 CMV steel with black nitride finish inside and out, and a mid-length gas system, it offers smooth timing, excellent balance, and repeatable accuracy. The barrel has a 1:8 twist and is button rifled. It is built to fit standard AR-15 uppers, with 1/2-28 muzzle threads compatible with common muzzle devices, and a .625-inch gas block diameter.
