Description
FN AR-15 Hammer Forged 18 Inch Barrel is a high-quality rifle length gas system barrel chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. It features cold hammer forged chrome lined barrel with black phosphate finish that significantly resists corrosion and wear. The barrel is made from premium chrome molybdenum vanadium steel, the same type used in machine gun barrels, ensuring durability and full-auto rate performance. It has a 1:7" twist rate and 1/2x28 threaded muzzle, making it compatible with many AR-15 configurations including fixed front sights with a 0.750" gas journal. The barrel enhances reliability, longevity and performance for the AR-15 platform.
