Description
The Mossberg Barrel Heat Shield Kit is a factory OEM upgrade designed for 12 gauge Mossberg 500 and 590 pump-action shotguns with standard plain barrels. Constructed from glass-filled nylon over an aluminum mount with a matte blued finish, it helps protect your support hand from a hot barrel during sustained fire while adding a classic ventilated tactical look. The kit ships with all necessary mounting hardware. Not compatible with 590 7-Shot models with +1 extension, 590 Shockwave, 590A1, 590M, breacher barrels, or ghost ring sight barrels.
