Upgrade or replace your P365-XMACRO grip with the authentic Sig Sauer Grip Module Assembly (8901179) in black polymer. Designed as a direct factory replacement, this module offers enhanced ergonomics, a true 1913 accessory rail, and customizable fit for superior handling in concealed carry, duty, or recreational shooting. It features a true 1913 accessory rail and three interchangeable backstraps (S, M, L) to ensure a proper fit for the user's hand. The medium backstrap comes preinstalled. Compatible with the 17-round P365-XMACRO magazine and all P365 FCUs except manual safety versions.
