Shipping FAQs

Will you ship to a P.O. Box?

We will not ship firearms or ammo to any P.O. Box or similar non-physical address.

 

Is Adult Signature Required for Delivery on Ammo Orders?

All ammunition orders are shipped with adult signature required unless otherwise requested. This is to ensure that the recipient is of legal age, and it also helps prevent porch pirates from stealing your ammo.

If you wish to wave the adult signature requirement on your ammunition order you must make a note of it in the order comments section at checkout. Customer Service will reach out to you, to obtain a copy of your valid/current photo ID for age verificationIf you have questions about this, call our customer service team at (941) 549-8388 or email them at sales@globalordnance.com.

 

What is your process for shipping firearms?

Ordering firearms here is a pretty straightforward process.

  1. Choose the firearm you wish to purchase
  2. Choose the dealer where you want it shipped, and ask them to send their FFL (Federal Firearms License) to Sales@GlobalOrdnance.com
  3. Make Purchase
  4. On the "Order Confirmation" page simply enter the Licensed Firearms Dealer (FFL) business name, address and phone number where you would like your firearm shipped (the Customer Comments section will be viewable after you place your order.)
  5. Our staff will arrange shipment to your chosen dealer
  6. Once it has arrived you may go pick up your firearm from your chosen dealer in compliance with all local, state and Federal law.

What are your normal business hours?

Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday from 9am until 5pm Eastern Time.

 

Who do you use for shipping?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS or LTL freight.

 

Can you rush shipments?

Unfortunately, at this time, rush shipments are not available.

 

How long does it take you to process an order?

We generally process our orders within 1 - 3 business days, but this could extend to 5 - 10 business days during our busier times.

 

Do you ship to New York?

Ammo - We will ship anywhere in New York, except New York City or it's five boroughs. All ammunition orders in other areas must be shipped to an authorized DOJ FFL Dealer or a Registered Seller of Ammunition.

Firearms - GlobalOrdnance.com only ships to valid FFL dealers.

Mags - We will not ship magazines greater than 10 rounds.

Stung Guns/Tasers - We will not ship stun guns or tasers to New York.

 

Do you ship to California?

Ammo - We will ship anywhere in California except Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, or Avalon. All ammunition orders in other areas must be shipped to an authorized DOJ FFL Dealer.

Firearms - GlobalOrdnance.com only ships to valid FFL dealers.

Mags - We will not ship magazines greater than 10 rounds.

Stung Guns/Tasers - We will ship stun guns and tasers to California.

How do I return a defective product?

To make a return request, email us at sales@globalordnance.com. Please provide pictures documenting any visible damage or defects. We will provide a pre-paid return label. Returns for damaged or defective products will receive a refund or credit to the customer’s account.

 

How do I make a return if the wrong product was shipped?

While this doesn't happen often, when it does, we follow the same process as we do for defective products. To make a return request, email us at sales@globalordnance.com. We will provide a pre-paid return label. You will receive a refund or credit to your customer account.

 

How do I return a product I no longer want or that I purchased by mistake?

We will accept returns and exchanges on product that are:

  • Unused and in the original unopened manufacturer's packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Returned within 14 days.

We DO NOT allow returns or exchanges of firearms, ammunition, or knives; except when the product has been determined defective. To make a return request for any other product, email us at sales@globalordnance.com. Customer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping the product to our warehouse. If GlobalOrdnance.com chooses to issue a return authorization, you will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchase less a 15% restocking fee.
