Description
Spyderco's best-selling Chaparral family offers the consistency of a single gentleman's folder platform and the variety of different handle materials and treatments. Now those who require or prefer a non-locking blade can experience this highly refined design in a SLIPIT format. The Chaparral SLIPIT trades the design's standard back lock mechanism for a full-length stainless steel backspacer and a notched-joint non-locking mechanism. It faithfully retains all its other defining features, including a full-flat-ground CTS XHP stainless steel blade, a textured index-finger choil and thumb ramp, a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole, and a reversible tip-up wire pocket clip. Offering the convenience of clip carry and one-hand opening in a legally friendly formal, the inaugural expression of the Chaparral SLIPIT features stunning birdseye maple scales.
