Definitely worth getting if you already have a Bog and need the 16" barrel. You'll need to remove the extractor to remove the barrel, and the screws are so tight that you'll probably end up drilling them out, as I had to do. This kit has the screws and all. The stock obviously isn't the absolute best option available, but it's fine and looks alright.

Easy to install and lets me keep shooting my Stribog . Now it's my favorite carbine. Highly recommend. Very quick delivery from Global Ordnance.

I give this a top rating due to the fact it "saved" my Stribog from the ATF. It makes the pistol into a very nice carbine and since its registered as a pistol you can switch it back and forth in the future. (Just don't put long stock on with short barrel!). The Stribog makes a really nice carbine. The conversion kits is not cheap but it is very well made and includes the factory tool fo rthe barrel. The mounting of the hand guard is very solid too, nice job! Handles well and shoots great. I think I may like it more as a carbine than a pistol now that they made me ditch the brace.

It went together well. The fit is good. There were not any instructions included the kit although. I have a little experience building firearms, so it really wasn't a problem. The stock included with the kit is okay but I put one on that I like better so it will be saved for another project.

Kit was well put together. All items needed to do the carbine conversion were included. Didn’t need the extractor screws, but nice they included a spare set. Fit and finish were excellent, parts fit together perfectly. My only complaint would be that length of the stock is a bit too long. Other than that, can highly recommend.
