    If you reload ammo these days, you need one of these as a lot of the brass has primer pockets that are out of spec making it difficult (or next to impossible-especially with 9mm brass which varies all over the place) to properly seat primers. I remove the handle chuck the cutting head in an electric drill and go at it.
